Reverend Arrested For Up-Skirt Photos, Videos At Hackettstown Church: Police
He allegedly took photos of the woman for two and a half years, police said.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — A former reverend at a local church was arrested after police say he took up-skirt photos of a female church employee, Hackettstown police said.
Last May, a female employee told police Reverand Terry Herzberg, 66, of Tannersville, Pennsylvania took photos of "intimate body parts" while she was working at Gethsemane Lutheran Church in Hackettstown.
Herzberg was the woman's immediate supervisor; he took an early retirement last summer.

Police seized computers from his residence and the church; during an investigation, police found Herzberg had attempted to photograph the woman while she was sitting at her desk between November 2013 and May 2016. They also found video up the woman's skirt between July 2015 and May 2016.
Herzberg turned himself into police on May 18, and was charged with third-degree invasion of privacy and third-degree criminal attempt invasion of privacy. He is currently at the Warren County Courthouse awaiting a court appearance.
