Rutherford Man Arrested For Selling Marijuana: Hackettstown Police

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ— A Rutherford man has been arrested following a month-long investigation into marijuana distribution, the Hackettstown Police said in a statement.

Michael Finelli, 20, was arrested on Thursday after police executed a search warrant at the Hackettstown home he was staying in. Police say they found marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the residence.

Finelli was charged with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana under 50 grams, and possession of false documents. He was released with a pending court date.

Warren County Narcotics Task Force, Hackettstown Police, Washington Twp (Warren County) Police and New Jersey State Police assisted in the investigation.
