Taxi Driver Drops Off Wrong Child At School In Hackettstown
The taxi driver took the wrong child to Willow Grove School last week.

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ — An unlicensed taxi driver was arrested in Hackettstown after police say he picked up and dropped off the wrong child at school.
Jaime Ramirez-Gonzalez, 41, of Dover, a driver for Metro Car Service, was supposed to pick up a Willow Grove School student and take the child to school on Nov. 21. Ramirez-Gonzalez picked up a neighboring child around 8 a.m. and drove them to school instead, police said.
The neighboring child was supposed to have picked up by a friend, police said.

Ramirez-Gonzalez was charged with being an unlicensed taxi driver. Metro Car Service owner, Sergio Rojas, 36, of Hackettstown, was charged with allowing an unlicensed taxi driver, unlicensed taxi, not having vehicle inspected and not having taxi insurance. Both were released with upcoming court dates.
