Port Murray 19-year-old charged with criminal mischief in West Plane Street incident.

A Port Murray teen smashed a pumpkin on her friend's vehicle Monday night in a dispute over a rechargeable cell phone case, Hackettstown Police said.
Elizabeth Loth, 19, was issued a summons for criminal mischief and was released pending a court appearance.
