US National Fistball Team Open Tryouts

May 17, 2018 - Roxbury, NJ - Now that Spring has finally arrived, the United States U18 Fistball Team moves their training to their home field at the Swim and Sport Club on Emmans Road. Winter training at Roxbury High School, helped the current team members develop the foundations of skilled play and strategy leading up to the outdoor practices.

Along with the move outdoors, the United States Fistball Association is holding 3 additional Open Tryouts. These extra development sessions will give young men and women the opportunity to be considered for the US National Teams playing at the U18 Fistball World Championships this summer being held at Horseshoe Lake in Roxbury. The sport from which volleyball was developed, is a well-suited for any athletes who are looking for competitive play with a unique and challenging sport.

Athletes born in the year 2000 or later are eligible to play for the USA U18 Teams.

No prior experience necessary.

The Open tryouts are being held on the following dates/times:

Sunday 5/20 10 am -12 noon
Tuesday 5/22 6pm -8pm
Thursday 5/24 6pm -8pm
at Swim and Sport Club - 272 Emmans Rd. Roxbury
