Yoga at Mountain Lake
Outdoor yoga classes held at Mountain Lake. Serene nature setting. Calming and peaceful.
Join the Liberty Twp. Recreation Commission at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, September 20th for Yoga at Mountain Lake! Certified instructors will host a one hour, gentle and beginner yoga class in the peaceful, serene setting by the lake.
BYO mat and wear non-constrictive clothing. Classes are a $5 donation. Registration will be available on site beginning at 5:30 pm. September classes will be held at the John R. Fisher Pavilion at 137 Lakeside Drive West, Belvidere, NJ.
September is our final month for outdoor yoga! Please join us for another class on September 27th, same time and location.

This program will continue every Wednesday night for the remainder of the 2017 year. As the weather gets colder, classes will be moved indoors to the Liberty Twp. municipal building at 349 Mountain Lake Road. A special Tai Chi class, presented by Stan, will be held every second Wednesday of the month. We hope to see you there!
