2 New Haddonfield Restaurants To Hold Grand Openings

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Two Haddonfield restaurants will have something to celebrate this Saturday, when Gass & Main and Earth Eats Co. both hold their grand openings.

Gass & Main (7 Ellis St.) describes itself as an "American BYO," featuring seasonal dishes and rotating menus for lunch, dinner and brunch. The restaurant, which opened earlier this year, gets its name from the cross streets in Las Vegas where Chef Dane DeMarco and their wife met their wedding party shortly before tying the knot.

The eatery's ribbon-cutting begins at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, followed by the Earth Eats Co. ribbon-cutting at 11 a.m.

Earth Eats Co. (211 Kings Hwy. E) is a holistic café and natural-food store. The menu features cold-pressed juices, health-food shakes and smoothies, salads, and small plates.

The business opened two years ago in Jackson but moved to Haddonfield late last year.

The grand-opening party will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday. The event will feature giveaways, free samples, music and more. Earth Eats Co. will also offer 10 percent off all shakes and smoothies for the entire weekend.
