After Last Year's Success, Haddon Township Music Festival And Street Fair Is Back

Last year's event brought in 8,000 people and about $65,000 in revenue, according to njpen.com.

Haddon Township, NJ -- After the inaugural Haddon Township Music Festival and Street Fair brought in 8,000 people and about $65,000 in revenue, organizers decided to give it a second go-round this weekend, njpen.com reports.

Organizer Doug Kelly thought bringing the festival to the township was a longshot because it involved closing down Haddon Avenue, according to the report.

Township officials were concerned about the impact it would have on local businesses, but were encouraged by last year’s results.
