HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Haddon just got a bit healthier on Saturday with the addition of a new fast-casual food option.
"Goodness Bowls," an eatery built on greens, protein, and food that makes you feel good, began to serve customers on Saturday along Haddon Avenue.
The franchise location is owned by the Corsaro family, native New Jerseyans with Deptford roots.
"The core values of the Goodness Bowls franchise family are very similar to our own family: Work hard, be kind, have fun, and spread good vibes," son Nico told Patch.
If you're new to the chain, items like the Nutty Nutella Bowl or Protein Power Hour Salad make up a menu filled with healthy fats, mixed greens, grilled chicken, and other fresh ingredients.
Goodness also has made-to-order smoothies and pre-packaged juices.
"It's about good energy all around," Nico said of what they wanted to bring to Haddon. "When people walk through the door, we want them to feel uplifted...customers can feel good knowing they can make a healthy decision for their body that's tasty and enjoyable."
Goodness Bowls is located at 225 Haddon Ave. and has two other locations across New Jersey in Sea Isle City and Avalon.
