This season's storyline immerses you in the adventures of The Three Musketeers. France, 1625. King Louis XIII rules the kingdom, yet the true power of France increasingly rests in the hands of his chief minister, Cardinal Richelieu. The Cardinal is a brilliant strategist and political mastermind, but his ambition breeds suspicion and resentment at court. Guarding the King are the elite Musketeers of the Guard—legendary soldiers renowned for courage, honor, and fierce loyalty. Among them stand three inseparable companions: Athos, Porthos, and Aramis and the young newcomer D’Artagnan.
