Arrest Made After Unlocked Car Stolen From Haddonfield: Police

The vehicle's engine was running when the car was stolen, authorities said.

HADDONFIELD, NJ — A person has been arrested after an unlocked, running car was stolen Tuesday morning in Haddonfield, police said.

The vehicle was taken from a residential driveway on West End Avenue while the engine was running, according to the Haddonfield Police Department. The agency announced at about 2 p.m. that authorities recovered the vehicle in Philadelphia.

An arrest was made, but police didn't publicly identify the suspect or list any charges. Haddonfield detectives will continue to investigate.
