Authorities Seek Help Locating Missing "At-Risk" Man in South Jersey

The Maple Shade Police Department and New Jersey State Police are seeking the public’s help in locating the following “at risk” person:

Thomas “Tommy” Cerveny, 31, described as a white male, 5-foot-8, 150 pounds. He was last seen in his 2000 Blue Ford Explorer, bearing NJ registration, A69ELU, in Maple Shade at 5:30 a.m. on Oct. 3.
