Award-winning Journalist Sally Friedman Presents "Lifesounds" at The Evergreens
The Evergreens recently welcomed award-winning journalist, Sally Friedman to the community as she presented “Lifesounds” – a look into her own “confessions” of the pleasures and occasional perils of family life. As a regular contributor to The New York Times, Ladies Home Journal and Chicken Soup for the Soul series, Friedman’s stories are often compared to a terrific conversation with a good friend, mixed with humor and honesty.
“We were thrilled to have Sally on campus for this fun, thought-provoking presentation,” said Doug Halvorsen, president and CEO of The Evergreens. “She is a captivating storyteller – offering insights into the ups-and-downs of life, and dazzling audience members with her stories. Sally is a friend of The Evergreens community, and we look forward to her next visit.”
