Blood Drive In Haddonfield Set For October

HADDONFIELD, NJ — There will be a blood drive in Haddonfield this month as the American Red Cross honors Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October. The blood drive will take place on Oct. 16, 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Christ the King Roman Catholic Church, 200 Windsor Avenue.

Donors of all blood types are needed to help ensure a sufficient supply for patients this fall, especially after Hurricane Florence and subsequent flooding forced the cancellation of more than 6,000 blood and platelet donations last month, according to the American Red Cross.
