I wasn’t fast enough on the draw to get a photo. But I saw what I saw, even if no one else was around to see it too. A runner truckin’ it through town, a 3’ x 5’ American Flag carried proudly in his hands. No rhyme. No reason. At least, none that I could see.
A mile or two further in my journey, I passed by what can be best described as a sea of white; Scout Field covered in pieces of toilet paper. Obviously, the prank of bored teenagers. Maybe even more bored if they’re found and made to clean up their little “project.”
These two scenes got me to thinking, why not start a blog to share the things that cross my path on any given day here in Haddonfield.
