Finally caught this guy in the act. I pass by this sign at Mr. Roberts Lumber Center in Barrington at least once each week, and generally, there's a new saying on it, which always entertains me as I wait for the light to turn green. The saying he's in the process of changing is something to the affect of, "Even though people complain about the high cost of living, it remains popular."
