“Artificial Intelligence in Education: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly”

“Artificial Intelligence in Education: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly” will be the focus of a Community Conversation on Wednesday, May 27, at 7 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Haddonfield.
Admission is free and open to the public.
Presented by Haddonfield American Legion Post 38, the program will feature a panel of local educators, students, and business leaders examining the rapidly evolving role of artificial intelligence in education and society. The discussion will explore both the opportunities and challenges A.I. presents for schools, students, families, and communities.
The panel of speakers will include:
•. Linda Hochgertel (moderator) – chief technology officer at The Wyanoke Group and vice president of the Haddonfield Board of Education
•. Ojobo Agbo Eje (keynote) – senior program coordinator at Rutgers-Camden AI Campus
•. Gino Priolo – assistant superintendent, Haddonfield School District
•. Luke Patterson and Talia Seshasai – students at Haddonfield Memorial High School
•. Rodney Thomas (host) – commander of American Legion Post 38 and former manager at Apple call center
The event is the fifth in a series of Community Conversations, created to encourage thoughtful public dialogue on issues of broad community interest while also highlighting the programs, activities, and services of the American Legion.
