Camden Man Charged With Attempted Murder in Pair of Slashings
Jose Flores allegedly cut the neck of a 37-year-old woman and her 19-year-old son Saturday morning.

A Camden man has been charged with two counts of attempted murder in a pair of throat slashings related to a domestic dispute early Saturday, according to Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson.
Jose Flores, 30, allegedly used a box cutter to cut the throat of a 37-year-old female at a home on the 2900 block of Yorkship Square at 4:45 a.m.
The victim’s 19-year-old son heard his mother’s cries for help and attempted to intervene. Flores subsequently cut him in the neck, as well.

Both victims are being treated at Cooper Hospital. The female is in critical but stable condition and her son is in stable condition.
