CFSJ Announces New Fund in ‘Garnet Country’: The Haddon Heights Top Ten Scholarship Fund

Alumni reward academic excellence.

HADDONFIELD, NJ — The Community Foundation of South Jersey (CFSJ) is pleased to announce the establishment of a new scholarship fund to benefit the top graduating seniors at Haddon Heights High School in Haddon Heights, NJ. Thanks to the generosity of school alumnus, the Haddon Heights Top Ten Scholarship Fund will award $500 to each of the top 10 graduates of the class, beginning with this year’s senior class.

These awards, determined by GPA at the end of the third marketing period, are to be used for non-tuition expenses (including room and board, fees, and books) and will be sent directly to the students’ colleges.

By partnering with CFSJ to reward the academic achievements of top high school students in ‘Garnet Country’, alumnus has created a unique way to directly give back to the community.

The fundraising goal for this first academic year is $20,000, half of which has been met. Fundraising is ongoing and donations (tax deductible) can be made through the CFSJ website. To donate or for more information on the Fund, please go to the following page on the CFSJ website:
