Child Porn Plea Draws Prison Sentence For Haddon Man

The man confessed to sending a sexually explicit photo of a young girl to an undercover FBI officer on Kik, federal court records show.

HADDON TWP., NJ — A Haddon man who admitted to sending child pornography images to an undercover FBI agent has been sentenced to more than 11 years in prison.

Mark Dailey, 33, of Westmont pleaded guilty in Aug. 22 to a distribution of child pornography charge, court records show. U.S. District Judge Christine O'Hearn sentenced him to 135 months in prison on Jan. 13, according to federal court records.

In July 2020, officials charged Dailey with production of child pornography, alleging he entered a private Kik group known to be a place where users discussed and shared child pornography. An FBI task force officer acting in an undercover capacity (referred to as the UC) was in the group, and subsequently identified a user with the screen name “daddy091915" as Dailey, officials said.
