U.S. Congressional Candidate and State Sen. Donald Norcross is the latest to take the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge.

The challenge, which began in Boston in July, has taken off and helped raise over $13 million for the ALS Association as of Sunday.

Each person who participates challenges others. Those challenged have 24 hours to post a video of themselves getting dumped with a bucket of ice water or they must donate $100 to research for ALS, commonly known as Lou Gehrig’s Disease.
