Crash Kills Teen After Car Runs Off South Jersey Highway: Police
The collision remains under investigation after a 19-year-old struck a tree, authorities said.
VINELAND, NJ — A teen died after his vehicle veered off the highway Saturday afternoon in Vineland, authorities said.
Police identified the decedent as Jorge Soriano-Castelan, 19, of Bridgeton.
State Troopers responded to the crash at 2:26 p.m. on Route 55 southbound. Based on the preliminary investigation, Soriano-Castelan lost control of his vehicle before it ran off the roadway and struck a tree, police said.
