“Dine Out for Hunger” to Support the Food Bank of South Jersey

From Sunday, September 23 to Saturday, September 29, participating restaurants will donate at least 10 percent of their proceeds to the FBSJ

The Food Bank of South Jersey invites the local community to participate in Dine Out for Hunger, a region-wide public awareness and fundraising campaign that unites restaurants and consumers in the fight against hunger.

From Sunday, September 23 to Saturday, September 29, participating restaurants will donate at least 10 percent of their proceeds to the Food Bank of South Jersey so that the organization can continue to feed children, families, seniors and veterans in Burlington, Camden, Gloucester and Salem counties.

Dine Out for Hunger is part of Hunger Action Month, a nationwide initiative that raises awareness about the nearly 40 million Americans facing hunger – including the nearly 200,000 people who are living in food-insecure households in South Jersey.
