Driver Intentionally Hit Man With His Car In Haddon Township, Police Say
Screaming could be heard, according to multiple 911 calls.
HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Somerdale man was taken into custody after he hit someone intentionally with his car, Haddon Township Police said.
Aidan Caceres, 23, is charged with attempted murder, leaving the scene of a motor vehicle crash resulting in serious bodily injury, and assault by auto resulting in serious bodily injury.
On April 14 at around 12:45 a.m., officers responded to the area of Atlantic Avenue and Chestnut Street for a report of a person who was hit by a vehicle.

Multiple 911 calls reported a man was screaming for help.
According to the Daily Journal, the man was trying to stop a car burglary when he was hit.

Caceres, who detectives determined meant to crash into him, was taken into custody on Friday.
