Saturday Boot Camp Class at Bell's Bodies Fitness is your BEST workout of the week! We do a 10 minute outdoor jog after warming up and then it is Work Hard, Work Hard! Work Hard!!! TRX, Cardio machines, slam balls, battle ropes, kettlebells, Sand Bells, dumbbells, hurdles, speed and agility ladders and MORE! We stretch at the end and when indoors, there may be refreshments served!
