Farm Fresh Restaurant Week Is Back

The borough's annual, five-day Farm Fresh Restaurant Week concludes Friday with 10 restaurants participating in the scrumptious, home-grown event.

And to celebrate living and eating in The Garden State this week, restaurants will be offering prix fixe menus that feature the very best locally-grown foods.

Each of the 10 participating restaurants will have Farm Fresh Restaurant Week signage posted in their windows.

Diners can expect creative, unusual fusion dishes, mixing traditional cuisine with elements that highlight New Jersey's agriculturally-rich demographic.

Each prix fixe menu will bring diners a multi-course meal.

And ingredients come straight from local farmers to diners, with chefs using produce and ingredients found at the Collingswood Farmer's Market.
