Haddon Township Commissioner Resigns To Be With Family

John Foley is resigning to spend more time with family, njpen.com reports.

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Friday was the last day in office for Haddon Township Commissioner John Foley, who announced earlier this week that he was resigning to spend more time with his family, njpen.com reports.

He told the website he ran for a seat because he wanted to see something done with the Dy-Dee site and the theater, and the theater is complete and the Dy-Dee site is “on its way.”

Foley said he hopes his replacement is “open to the idea of learning how government works.”
