Haddon Township Man Injured in Truck Accident That Claimed Woman's Life
Lizzette Nazario was the passenger in a Chevrolet van that collided with a Dodge Ram Monday afternoon in Washington Township.

A 29-year-old Haddon Township man was injured in an accident involving two trucks that resulted in the death of a Gloucester Township woman Monday afternoon, authorities said.
Wilson Siner III was driving a Chevrolet Van when it collided head-on with a 2015 Dodge Ram that was being driven by 47-year-old Alfred Fabrico, of Williamstown, on Fries Mill Road near Hurffville-Cross Keys Road around 1:14 p.m.
Lizette Nazario, 36, of the Blackwood section of Gloucester Township, was pronounced dead on the scene, according to the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office. She was a passenger in the Chevrolet. An autopsy is scheduled for Tuesday.

The drivers suffered non-life threatening injuries. They were transported to Kennedy University Hospital, Washington Township, for treatment.
The Dodge Ram was traveling north on Fries Mills Road when it crossed into the opposing lane, according to the Prosecutor’s Office.

All three remained in their vehicles during the collision. Fries Mill Road was closed and traffic detoured for about four hours following the crash.
The van is owned by Elite Transportation, of Pennsauken. The Dodge is owned by VFI Fabricators, of Williamstown.
The Gloucester County Prosecutor’s Office and the Washington Township Police Department are investigating the accident.
