Haddonfield Considers Ordinance Banning Sale Of Dogs And Cats In Borough Pet Stores
The ordinance is up for final consideration on Jan. 17, the Haddonfield Sun reports.

Haddonfield, NJ -- Haddonfield has passed an ordinance on introduction to adopt Norman’s Law, banning the sale of cats and dogs from puppy and kitten mills, the Haddonfield Sun reports.
Should the commissioners decide to adopt the ordinance on second reading at its Jan. 17 meeting, there would be just one municipality left in the county without the legislation, according to the report.
Mayor Jeff Kasko told the newspaper that they don’t have any pet stores in the borough that sell dogs and cats, but this measure would ensure it never happens.
