Haddonfield, Haddon Township Field Hockey Teams Qualify for State Tournament
They will both compete for the Central Jersey Group I title.
The Haddonfield High School field hockey team earned the top seed in the NJSIAA Central Jersey Group I tournament, according to nj.com.
The Bulldawgs will face either No. 8 Paulsboro or No. 9 Lindenwold in the second round on Oct. 30.
Haddonfield is 16-1-1. The Bulldawgs defeated Lindenwold, 8-0, on Sept. 16. They didn’t play Paulsboro this season.

Haddon Township is the No. 3 seed in the tournament, and will host No. 6 Collingswood in the second round on Oct. 30.
Collingswood is 10-6-1. Haddon Township is 13-4. The teams have not played each other this season.

The semifinals are scheduled for Nov. 3. The championship game is set for Nov. 5.
