Haddonfield Hosts Inaugural Chocolate Crawl Feb. 7

HADDONFIELD, NJ - A new event coming to Haddonfield combines shopping and eating sweet chocolate treats just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The GALentines Chocolate Crawl will debut on Thursday, Feb. 7, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., the Partnership for Haddonfield announced this week.

Participating merchants will offer all sorts of chocolate treats to shoppers who visit their shops during the event.

Those merchants are along Kings Highway and Haddonfield’s side streets, including Mechanic Street, Ellis Street, Tanner Street, Haddon Avenue, and Kings Court.

Shoppers can enter to win a $200 townwide gift certificate with each proof of purchase from any Downtown Haddonfield business. Purchases must be made on Thursday, Feb. 7, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Customers must present their receipts and submit their entries at the Haddonfield Information Center, located at 2 Kings Court in Haddonfield, between Thursday, Feb. 7, and Saturday, Feb. 9.

The Information Center is open Thursdays from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and Fridays and Saturdays from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The winner of the gift certificate will be announced on Thursday, Feb. 14.
