HADDONFIELD, NJ - The Partnership for Haddonfield (PfH) and its agency of record, Suasion Communications Group, have been recognized by the state, the groups announced. They received a 2018 New Jersey Tourism Excellence Award from the New Jersey Tourism Industry Association (NJTIA) in the category of Digital Outreach at the NJTIA Advocacy Breakfast on May 9.

The PfH and Suasion executed a robust 2018 Social Media campaign for the Downtown’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter pages to promote Haddonfield’s position as the place to be.
They upgraded Downtown Haddonfield’s social media presence with strategically packaged posts splashed with exciting imagery, videos, hashtags, and customized social media graphics.

The campaign took full advantage of the unique differences and audiences among Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter users by writing creative posts specifically for each platform; each sprinkled with playful language, respectively. This approach helped to ensure that information would be shared in the most effective way possible and would also eliminate repetitiveness among platforms.

The social media strategies within the campaign have been essential in drawing visitors to the area and positioning and maintaining Downtown Haddonfield as a mecca for retail boutique shopping, dining, and family fun.

“The Downtown Haddonfield experience takes you inside charming shops, nestled in well-preserved colonial style buildings, making for an eclectic destination to shop, dine, and discover time and time again,” PfH Chair Susan Hodges said.
