The evening features many outstanding local chefs including Chef Adam DeLosso of Garces Catering. Garces Group is set to open their new restaurant Distrito this summer at the Moorestown Mall. Beth Koenig, Catering Sales Manager at Garces Catering, shares why Garces Catering continues to support the event, “Both Chef Adam DeLosso and I feel it’s important to participate because of Twin Oaks’ cause. We get to create an intimate and memorable experience for the hosts and guests. Chef Adam and I work on most menus together and we like to create seasonal, fresh food for each event. No two events are the same.”
Proceeds from the Progressive Dinner benefitted the Twin Oaks Food Pantries in Mt. Holly and Berlin which serve over 500 families a month. By attending the dinner, guests invested in their own community. Bob Pekar, Twin Oaks Community Services CEO and Haddonfield resident, says, “Haddonfield welcomed us into their hearts and homes for the Progressive Dinner. We sincerely appreciate the generosity of the guests, hosts, volunteers and chefs that worked with us to make this event a success.”
