Haddonfield Residents Concerned About Lack Of Communication Around New Jersey American Water Projects
Placement of the new sewer lift on Roberts Avenue is also a concern, according to the Haddonfield Sun.

Haddonfield, NJ -- Residents on Roberts Avenue are upset they weren’t told ahead of time about a New Jersey American Water project to move an existing sewer lift station to a new location, the Haddonfield Sun reports.
The new location is at the intersection of Roberts and Wellington avenues, according to the report. There is little to no setback, and one resident asked for a different location to keep it out of sight during a town hall meeting with water company officials on Nov. 28.
Stephanie Cuthbert, of Remington and Vernick, explained this was the best location for intercepting water flow, according to the report. Business Administrator Sharon McCullough said the borough was also considering this location for a pump station when it owned the utility.
