A third renewal of the open space tax is on the ballot in October.

Haddonfield, NJ -- Voters in Haddonfield will decide whether to make an open-space tax permanent this fall.
The open-space tax has been renewed twice at five-year intervals, and a third renewal this October would make the tax permanent, njpen.com reports.
The rate is 1 cent per $100 levied, translated to $49.14 for the average Haddonfield home assessed at $491,359. Up to now, the rate has been half a cent.
