John And Kathy Burmaster Donate Bike Rack To Haddonfield Library

HADDONFIELD, NJ — Upon completion of the Haddonfield Public Library’s recent renovation, one thing that was missing from the grounds was a bike rack – an important thing to have at a library that so many visitors ride their bikes to.

John and Kathy Burmaster, Haddonfield residents and great supporters and friends of the Library, came to the rescue! Through Haddonfield resident Stuart Harting of the Haddonfield Sculpture Trust, they engaged Philadelphia-based sculptor Steven Daily to design a bike rack that would only be made for our library and would blend in with the historic character of the building.

Now that the rack is delivered, John and Kathy Burmaster’s gift to the library and the community can be enjoyed and used by all, keeping bikes safe and walkways clear!
