Kings Highway To Close For Snow Removal In Haddonfield
Snow-removal efforts will continue over the next week throughout the borough.
HADDONFIELD, NJ — A stretch of Kings Highway will be closed Thursday for snow removal, according to Haddonfield officials.
The westbound lanes will be closed from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Detours will be in place.
"Over the next week, DPW crews will be removing large snow mounds from Borough streets and parking lots," the borough said in an advisory. "There is significant snow on the ground, with more expected, so this work will take time."

Snow removal on Kings Highway will continue over the next few days, advancing toward the PATCO bridge before crews shift to the eastbound lanes.
"Please be patient as crews continue making improvements across the Borough," the advisory says.

Severely cold weather has extended the winter storm's impacts throughout the region.
A cold weather advisory is in effect for South Jersey until 10 a.m. Thursday. Wind chills could fall to 10 below zero during that period.
Forecasters expect the cold stretch to persist through at least the weekend, when more snow could fall.
