“Yesterday, the United States suffered more than 1,000 deaths due to COVID-19 in a single day for the first time since early June. Although our region continues to keep coronavirus cases down, our nation as a whole is not trending in the right direction,” Camden County Freeholder Director Louis Cappelli Jr. said. “While this virus is with us, every action you take will affect those around you. Choosing not to wear a mask, not to stay home if you’re sick, or not to social distance will put others at risk. This has not been an easy adjustment for any of us, but we can save lives if we stay focused on our individual roles in protecting our community.”
