Local "Million Dollar Party Girl" Hosts "Visionista U" Small Business Boot Camp Nov. 7
Fresh From Pennsylvania Conference for Women, Lynn Bardowski Empowers Other Female Entrepreneurs
Fresh from her appearance at the Pennsylvania Conference for Women, South Jersey’s Million Dollar Party Girl will conduct a small business boot camp and power networking event for women entrepreneurs, Nov. 7 at The Mansion in Voorhees.
Lynn Bardowski’s “Visionista U” is a day-long, intensive training session, in which participants will learn how to create a clearly defined vision for their own success and to inspire others, marketing strategies to launch a product or idea, and tips for developing a personal brand.
Visionista U comes just three weeks after Bardowski appeared, along with Robin Roberts and Diane Keaton, at the Pennsylvania gathering, which sold out with close to 8,000 attendees.

“Conducting a small business roundtable with visionary women was exhilarating. I learned a great deal about the concerns of women business owners. A fear of being seen as salesy or pushy came up frequently, which I’ll be addressing at my boot camp,” says Bardowski, an Audubon resident, author, sales trainer, motivational speaker and self-proclaimed “visionista.” “Diane Keaton had the best quote of the day. When asked what quality women needed to be strong and independent she replied: Balls.”
Bardowski, an independent sales representative for PartyLite Candles, also breathes the rarefied air of female entrepreneurs generating over $1 million in revenue. According to a recent Wall Street Journal Small Business report, just 1.8 percent of women-owned businesses reach that plateau. In 2012, she published “Success Secrets of a Million$ Party Girl,” in which she defines a visionista as “a woman who knows who she is, where she’s going, and guides her tribe of leading ladies to the top.”

Bardowski’s business acumen and message of self-empowerment form the basis of her Visionista U. boot camps.
“The goal is to create more visionistas who can author their personal success stories while propping up – not diminishing – the women around them,” says Bardowski.
