Man Shot to Death in Camden Friday Night
Karon P. Townsend was found on Roberts Street near Royden Street around 9:30 p.m.
Police are investigating a fatal shooting that occurred in Camden Friday night, Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson announced on Saturday.
Karon P. Townsend, 19, of Camden, was found by police lying unresponsive on Roberts Street near Royden Street in Camden around 9:30 p.m.
Townsend was pronounced dead at 9:46 p.m. via telemetry by a doctor at Virtua Voorhees.
