MEND Hosts Successful "Fabulous Fifties" 45th Anniversary Celebration

Moorestown Ecumenical Neighborhood Development (MEND) recently held its “Fabulous Fifties” 45th Anniversary Celebration at The Merion in Cinnaminson. The gala fundraiser featured dinner, dancing, musical stylings of Jump City Jazz and a comedic performance by Tom Ryan, as seen on the Late Show with David Letterman.
At the event, MEND honored two special supporters, Dr. Lucy Rorke-Adams and Linda Rohrer of the William G. Rohrer Charitable Foundation. MEND President Matthew Reilly noted that both honorees “have been amazingly and consistently generous in their financial support and they do so quietly and behind the scenes with no fanfare.”
State Senator Diane Allen presented a Joint Legislative Resolution congratulating MEND on its outstanding service to the citizens of the Garden State; and Councilwoman Victoria Napolitano presented a similar Proclamation on behalf of the Moorestown Mayor and Council.
