Mount Holly Kicks-Off Holiday Season With Annual Tree Lighting and Parade
Activities to Take Place at Intersection of Washington and High Streets

Come ring in the holiday season and celebrate with your community, family and friends at Mount Holly’s Annual Holiday Parade and Tree Lighting ceremony on Friday, December 5, 2014 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. This family-friendly event is free and open to the public.
The township’s downtown area will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland with beautiful decorations to help get folks into the holiday spirit. The holiday parade, viewable from High Street, will kick-off the evening’s festivities at 6:15 p.m. Following the parade, children will have the opportunity to make their own Christmas tree ornament and have their picture taken with Santa Claus as he helps light the township’s tree at the intersection of Washington and High Streets.
During the tree lighting ceremony, attendees will enjoy live music by the Rancocas Valley Regional High School Chamber Choir and other local artists who will be performing classic holiday favorites. Free hot chocolate and cookies will be offered to all those who attend, while supplies last.
