New Director of Enrollment at Haddonfield Friends School

Haddonfield Friends School welcomes new Director of Enrollment, Bob J. Thomas Jr.

Haddonfield, NJ -- The Haddonfield Friends School has hired Robert M. Thomas Jr. as Director of Enrollment effective immediately.

For the past 11 years, Thomas has worked as an admissions director for area schools, including The Haverford School, in Haverford, Pa. Thomas worked as an educator, administrator and athletic coach during his career.

“I am excited to be part of this wonderful community and doing what I truly love – being around students and opening doors of opportunity for creative young thinkers,” Thomas said.

Thomas earned his bachelor’s degree from Saint Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and is working on his master’s thesis at University of Delaware. He has additional professional certificates from Cornell University, University of Pennsylvania and Pennsylvania State University.

“Bob Thomas is a great addition to the Haddonfield Friends School community,” says Peggy Bretschneider, interim Head of School. “Bob has great energy and a positive attitude. His experience working with other private schools in the region will be a great asset to our school and our families.”

Thomas lives with his family in Ardmore, Pa., and is an active member of the Haverford Friends Meeting. He is an avid golfer and sports fan.

Haddonfield Friends School is a Pre-K though 8th grade school that was founded in 1786.
