Police Investigate Fatal Shooting in South Jersey
A Camden man was shot to death in the city early Sunday morning.

A 41-year-old Camden man was fatally shot in the city early Sunday morning, according to Camden County Prosecutor Mary Eva Colalillo and Camden County Police Chief Scott Thomson.
Police found Curtis Chambers suffering from gunshot wounds inside a home on the 1200 block of Whitman Avenue in Camden around 12:30 a.m. Police were responding to 911 calls for gunfire and a person shot.
He was transported to Cooper University Hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead at 12:46 a.m.

The investigation into the shooting is ongoing. No arrests had been made as of Sunday afternoon.
