Price: $28 combination ticket includes brunch at 11 am or 1 pm seating, on the porch of the historic Collingswood Manor at 460 Haddon Ave.

Proud Neighbors has a new approach to the Porch Brunch and House Tour
In 2014 the tour will encompass seven Harvard ave homes only. Also on Harvard, enjoy outdoor cooking demonstrations by local restaurants, performances by local musicians, local artists' exhibits, mini home improvement talks and demonstrations, and interior designer consultations.
Tickets available in advance at Bauhaus Hair Designs and Grooveground and Borough Hall.
