Seniors Awarded at Camden Academy's 10th Annual Baccalaureate

Gearing up for commencement, seniors got a sneak peak at Camden Academy Charter High School’s 10th Annual Baccalaureate Ceremony on Thursday, June 12 at St. Joseph’s Church in Camden. During the event, approximately 90 awards were distributed among Camden Academy’s graduating seniors, recognizing them for their personal and academic merits.

Administrators also officially unveiled the class of 2014’s valedictorian and salutatorian during the event. Both, of which, will address the class during graduation.

In addition, five seniors received scholarships for college as part of the Allied Resources for Kids (ARK) 1000+ scholarship, which matches seniors’ SAT scores in dollars if the student is able to achieve a combined math and language arts score of more than 1000. ARK is a Camden’s Charter School Network fundraising organization, which helps to support enrichment and extracurricular activities within the network’s schools.
