Sixers' Point Guard Maxey's NJ Home Catches Fire On Christmas Eve

The fire caused significant damage to the home, but there were no injuries, according to reports.

VOORHEES TOWNSHIP, NJ — A Christmas Eve fire significantly damaged the home of Philadelphia 76ers point guard Tyrese Maxey, according to reports.

Maxey and his family were not injured in the fire that happened Friday evening, 6ABC reported.

The two-alarm fire on Fairway Drive started about 7 p.m. There was no word of the cause of the fire.

The Sixers said they are working to help Maxey and his family, who were displaced by the fire, CBS Philadelphia reported.
