What if being more consistent isn’t about sticking perfectly to the plan—but learning how to adapt when the plan changes?
This fall, Growth &amp; Grit Health &amp; Wellness is offering Stay Active When Life Gets in the Way, an online 11-day experience created for women who want a more realistic, adaptable approach to staying physically active.
From October 4–14, participants will explore practical ways to rethink consistency, respond to obstacles, build confidence through small wins, and find ways to stay active within the realities of everyday life.
