Streets Lined With Fun And Games At Block Party In Haddon Township This Weekend

HADDON TOWNSHIP, NJ — Haddon Township’s 28th annual fall block party is set for Saturday, Sept. 23, noon-6 p.m. The street will be lined with crafters, artisans, and vendors representing local community, school and municipal organizations, beginning at the corner of Crystal Lake Avenue and West Park Boulevard.

The event also includes a DARE car show, food court, beer garden, amusement rides, bounces, obstacle courses, games and live entertainment. The rain date is Sept. 24. For more information, visit haddontwp.com.

During the block party, there will be no parking on West Park Avenue between Pyle Avenue and West Crystal Lake Avenue between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m.,according to the Haddon Township Police Department’s official Facebook page.

Any Haddon Hills resident or guest who will need access to a car parked in a lot that empties onto West Park Avenue in the closed area should park in a different location before then. There will not be access to these parking lots during these times.
