Unlocked Vehicle Stolen From Haddonfield: Police

The keys were inside the vehicle, which has since been recovered, authorities said.

HADDONFIELD, NJ — An unlocked vehicle was stolen from Haddonfield, police said. It was recovered with the keys inside.

The vehicle was stolen Monday night from the parking lot on Mechanic Street, police said. It was later recovered in Philadelphia, and detectives were processing it as of Wednesday evening.

The suspect and vehicle owner never made contact, police said. No suspect has been named, and the matter remains under investigation.

Haddonfield officials reminded the public to lock their cars and remove keys and fobs when exiting their vehicles. The Haddonfield Police Department has additional patrols in the downtown business district.
